ConnectHiveCRM is an AI-first software company from Mumbai. We design and build AI-powered business software — CRM, HRMS and healthcare platforms — and we research how newer AI techniques can be made practical, affordable and useful for Indian organisations.
Our work starts with the day-to-day reality of our users: the receptionist booking appointments, the counsellor answering admission enquiries, the sales team following up on WhatsApp, the HR team preparing payroll. We combine that understanding with modern engineering and AI software development to remove repetitive work and give teams a clearer view of their business.
We want intelligent technology to be something every Indian organisation can use — not only large enterprises with big AI budgets. That means software that is useful from the first week, scales as an organisation grows, works in the languages people use, and applies AI responsibly, with people in control of important decisions.
